Twenty Week Update

Half way there! I can’t believe it. This pregnancy seems to be going a lot faster than the first. I am not sure if it’s because of the time of year (fall/winter vs. spring/summer) or I know what to expect or because I am running after a toddler but I can’t complain.  Aside of lingering exhaustion here and there, I haven’t really had  any symptoms. I still have all the apps but have noticed I don’t check the developments and size as often as the first. I’ve recently started to feel little flutters and movement which is exciting. We’re hoping at the next appointment we’ll find out the gender! What do you think – boy or girl!?

I found this burgundy dress at Old Navy for $2!! It reminded me of a Hatch Collection Dress and I knew I had to have it (and of course who couldn’t beat that price!) It’s been a great staple in my wardrobe these past few weeks due to the warmer temperatures. The looser fit is something I gravitate towards during the summer months and it’s definitely more comfortable in the heat while pregnant.  I love the burgundy color for fall and can see pairing the dress with booties and a chunky knit cardigan once it cools down. The details are cute too with lace trim and a tassel tie on top.
