Printiki Picture Printing

After James was born, Jimmy and I knew we wanted to have a welcome party to celebrate. It was a great way to get everyone together to meet James if they hadn’t already. I couldn’t wait to start the planning process and gather inspiration for the party.

Going back to my parents house, we always find time to flip through old photos and reminisce. It brings back so many happy memories and lots of laughs. Of course we have plenty of pictures of James on our cell phones and computer but rarely do we ever print them.  One of my first projects for the party was to create a display of pictures of James during his first six months of life. That way, I would have the photos for the celebration but also to keep forever!

Throughout my research, I discovered Printiki, an easy online photo printing service where you can print directly from your phone, tablet or desktop. The process was so simple and easy to use. First, you choose the the type of product you want – ranging from square pictures to original rectangles to Polaroid style. Then, you upload your photos directly from your your favorite source such as Instagram, Facebook, or camera roll. And voila! You’re done. I chose the 4 x 4 squares with a white border and loved how they came out!  I printed about fifty photos but you can upload as many as 100 at a time! Your photos, poster, or photo book is printed locally in the United States, with a fast delivery! For the celebration, I taped natural jute to the fireplace and attached the photos with mini clothespins. Everyone loved the display and seeing photos of James growing up! Now I am thinking of future events where I can display more photos!

Thank you to Printiki for sponsoring this post.
