Sippy Cups for Toddlers

Processed with VSCO with a5 preset

At around 6 months old, your baby is allowed to have their first sips of water. This is because when they are younger, they are already getting the hydration they need through breast milk and/ or formula (disclaimer: I am not a doctor so consult your pediatrician before use!) Choosing the right sippy cup can be overwhelming. There are small ones, tall ones, nipple shaped, with straws, with suction, blue, pink and the list goes on.  When James was first learning how to drink out of a cup, we bought a few different ones to see which he liked and which he was able to use. There were some on the market where James could not figure out how to drink out of but now that he is older, we should try those out again. Below you will find the cups we have used and are currently using. Every child is different so it might be best to test out a variety too to see which one works for your child!
