Last Friday, Google Home hosted a donut pop up shop at Jane’s Carousel in Brooklyn Bridge Park in honor of their new product, the Google Home Mini. We had the opportunity to join the fun so we took full advantage. After a thirty minute walk, we were ready to indulge. We didn’t win a new Mini but we did score a few Doughnut Plant donuts and they were delicious. How cute is the pink setup!?
Since the weather was so beautiful, we decided to walk along the water on our way home, which added extra time but we enjoyed the fresh air and amazing views of the city. James loves looking and pointing at all the skyscrapers and it was even better from this spot.
I purchased the fuzzy vest I’m wearing last year but it is a trend that has continued through this season as well. I also love this vest and this less expensive version that are currently on the market. The color and material are both perfect for fall and can be paired with anything. I haven’t had the opportunity to wear it as often as I would like due to the warmer temperatures but I look forward to wearing it again soon with plaid!
This jersey knit top is so soft and comfortable. I picked it up from Old Navy last minute for $10 and so happy I did; I’ve worn it so much since. The shirt comes in many other great fall colors such as burgundy, mustard yellow, and gray. It’s so easy to throw on to run errands around the neighborhood or relax at home with friends. I would even take the top tucked in and vest and pair with a skirt and over-the-knee boots for the cutest look!
